摘要
目的了解六安市第二人民医院抗精神病药品的应用现状及变化趋势,为临床合理用药提供参考。方法收集六安市第二人民医院2015—2017年抗精神病药品的应用数据,对其用量、使用金额、用药频度(DDDs)、日均药费(DDC)及药品排序比(B/A)等进行统计和分析。结果 2015—2017年,抗精神病药品的用量、使用金额逐年增长,使用金额排名前3位的为奥氮平片、利培酮分散片、阿立哌唑口腔崩解片。抗精神病药物的DDDs逐年增长,利培酮分散片、阿立哌唑口腔崩解片的DDDs始终居前两位。抗精神病药物的DDC总体平稳,注射用甲磺酸齐拉西酮、氨磺必利片、奥氮平片的DDC始终居前3位。B/A接近1.00的药品包括富马酸喹硫平片和阿立哌唑片、氯氮平口腔崩解片、氟哌啶醇注射液、舒必利片、氟哌利多注射液、氯普噻吨片、盐酸氯丙嗪注射液、氟哌啶醇片、五氟利多片等。结论六安市第二人民医院抗精神病药品使用基本合理,但仍需加强监督管理,规范使用行为。
Objective To understand the application status and changing trend of antipsychotic drugs in Lu’an Second People’s Hospital, and provide a reference for clinical rational drug use. Methods The application data of antipsychotic drugs in Lu’an Second People’s Hospital from 2015 to 2017 were selected, and the amount, consumption sum, frequency of drug use(DDDs), defined daily cost(DDC), and drug sequence ratio(B/A) were analyzed statistically. Results From 2015 to 2017, the amount and consumption sum of antipsychotic drugs increased year by year. Consumption sum of Olanzapine Tablets, Risperidone Dispersible Tablets, Aripiprazole Orally Disintegrating Tablets were ranked the top three. DDDs of antipsychotic drugs were growing year by year, and DDDs of Risperidone Dispersible Tablets and Aripiprazole Orally Disintegrating Tablets were always in the top two place. DDC of antipsychotic drugs was generally stable. DDC of Ziprasidone Mesylate for injection, Amisulpride Tablets, and Olanzapine Tablets were always in the top 3 place. B/A of Quetiapine Fumarate Tablets, Aripiprazole Tablets, Clozapine Orally Disintegrating Tablets, Haloperidol Injection, Sulpiride Tablets, Droperidol Injection, Clopidogrel Tablets, Chlorpromazine Hydrochloride Injection, Haloperidol Tablets, Pentafluoro Tablets, etc were close to 1.00. Conclusion The use of antipsychotic drugs in Lu’an Second People’s Hospital is basically reasonable, but the supervision and management still need to be strengthened to standardize usage behavior.
