摘要
依据团队文化建设理论,分析了现阶段高职院校学生干部团队文化建设中存在的突出问题,提出了解决学生干部队伍团队文化建设困难的有效方法,以期形成具备完整系统优秀团队文化的高职学生干部队伍,促进高职院校大学生思想政治教育工作。
In this paper, the author makes an analysis on the prominent problems in the team-culture construction in higher vocational colleges, and puts forward some effective methods to solve these problems. It is expected that these methods may make contribution to forming a complete team-culture system which will promote college students’ideological and political education.
