摘要
基于对■钢高温塑性变形行为和动态再结晶行为的定量研究,分析变形工艺参数对■钢高温流变应力和动态再结晶的影响规律,建立起流变应力模型和动态再结晶模型,为■钢锻件热变形模拟和改性提供依据。
This paper introduces the quantitative study of thermo-plastic deformation behavior and dynamic recrystallization behavior of steel, and has conducted the analysis about the influence of deformation process parameters on the high temperature rheological stress and dynamic recrystallization of steel. The paper has established the rheological stress model and dynamic recrystallization model and provided the basisforthe simulation and modification of steelforging.
