摘要
清管工作是新铺海底管道投产前预调试阶段的一个关键环节,而传统的收球方式存在安全性差或操作不便捷、制造成本高等方面的问题。创新设计一种海底管道清管多球收球筒,它采用金属结构、设计可视窗口、旋转侧开栅栏门,使用ANSYS软件进行强度计算模拟校核,解决了网兜收球的安全性、常规收球筒多次开盖查看问题以及一次接收多个清管球的问题。在"PY34-1海底管道清管试压排水干燥项目"和"JZ25-1S二期开发项目"等多个项目中使用效果良好,达到了预期目的,水下、水上清管效率明显提高,为清管工艺收球操作提供了更好的解决方案。
Pigging is a key link in the pre-commissioning stage of the newly laid subsea pipeline before it is put into operation. However, the traditional pig receiving method has some problems such as poor safety, inconvenient operation and high manufacturing cost. This paper innovatively designs the pigging multi-ball receiver of submarine pipeline, which has the metal structure, visible window and rotatable side-open gate, and uses ANSYS software for strength calculation and simulation check. The problems in safety of receiving pigs in net bag, multiple opening of normal receiver for checking and receiving multiple pigs at one time were solved. It has been used in many projects, such as PY34-1 project and JZ25-1S project, and achieved good results. The efficiency of underwater pigging and overwater pigging has been significantly improved, providing a better solution for pigs collection in pigging process.
