核桃楸青果皮挥发油化学成分分析 被引量:2

摘要 采用水蒸气蒸馏法提取核桃楸青果皮中的挥发油,用气相色谱/质谱联用法,从核桃楸青果皮挥发油中分离鉴定出51种化合物(占总化合物的98.30%),其中有烃类(33种,57.30%);咪唑类(1种,0.5%);硫醇类(1种,0.48%);醇类(3种,4.87%);酮类(1种,0.54%);酯类(5种,19.12%);醛类(2种,0.47%);酸类(2种,1.29%);酰胺类(2种,9.62%);酚类(1种,4.11%),这些化合物中7种为已知药用成分。 Volatile oil extracted from the greet peel of Juglans mandshurica Maxim(L.) by steam distillation has been analyzed by using gas chromatography-mass/spectrometry (GC/MS) in this paper.Fifty-one compounds is obtained from green peel of Juglans mandshurica Maxim(L.)(98.30% of the total compounds ),including hydrocarbons(thirty-three kinds,57.30 %);imidazoles (one kind,0.5%);thiols (one kind,0.48%);alcohols(three kinds,4.87%);ketones(one kind,0.54%);ester(five kinds,19.12%);aldehydes (two kinds,0.47%);acid (two kind,1.29%);amides (two kinds,9.62%);phenols (one kind,4.11%).There are seven kinds of these compounds have been known as medicinal components.
