摘要
2016年4月14日发生辱母杀人案, 2017年2月17日杀人者于欢被判处无期徒刑。此刑事个案经《南方周末》报道后,在朋友圈迅速刷屏,成为公共事件。通过追溯次媒介事件的传播规律,反观整个案件传播过程,反映了社会化媒体时代,所有媒体及参与人普遍需要提升媒介素养。对媒体报道进行梳理,发现传统媒体违反平衡原则,对当事人一方倾斜报道;移动客户端推波助澜;行政、司法机关自媒体,缺乏危机公关意识和化解能力;普通媒介使用者,缺乏甄别信息的意识和理性的媒介习惯等问题。国家应当重视媒介素养教育,提升全民使用媒介的能力水平,以利于建设健康有序的传播环境。
On April 2016,one occurred homicide case originated from the murderer's mother was humiliated.The murderer Yu Huan was sentenced to life imprisonment on February 17,2017.The case is reported by the Southern Weekend,and was detonated network circle of friends in the circle of friends quickly,becoming the focus of public opinion,and a public event.Researching the whole communication process.All media,communicators,recipients are lack of media literacy seriously.The traditional media did unbalanced reporting by violating the principle of balance.The government media can't take time for a burst of public sentiment.Ordinary media users,lack of awareness of screening information and rational media habits.It reflects that the society need to improve media literacy in the new media age.It highlights the urgency of media literacy education.The main branch of national education should pay attention to the education of media literacy,improve the ability of the people to use the media,in order to build a healthy and orderly communication environment.
