摘要 运用功率超声波理论,根据混凝土材料的结构特性及力学对超声波在混凝土中能量传播所产生的相关效应进行了理论模拟和试验研究,建立了超声波破碎混凝土的力学模型,根据理论分析搭建试验平台,通过试验对仿真结果进行验证分析。试验结果证明,功率超声能够较好地破碎混凝土。功率超声的功率对混凝土的破碎有较大影响。 Based on the theory of power ultrasonic wave and according to the structural characteristics and mechanics of concrete material,the effect of ultrasonic propagation in concrete is studied theoretically and experimentally.The mechanical model of ultrasonic breaking concrete is established.The test platform is built according to the theoretical analysis,and the simulation results are verified by experiments.The experimental results show that the power ultrasonic can be used to better crush the concrete.It has great influence on the broken concrete.
