改性钾长石的制备及其对Ni^(2+)的吸附研究 被引量:1

摘要 通过在钾长石中掺加钙复合助剂对其进行焙烧改性制备Ni^(2+)吸附材料(MKf),由正交试验得到最佳制备条件并对其进行表征,考察MKf添加量、初始pH、振荡时间、初始浓度对MKf吸附Ni^(2+)的影响。结果表明:MKf最佳制备条件为CaSO40.08g,CaCO30.3g,焙烧温度900℃,焙烧时间3h;MKf呈棒状结构,并有新物相CaSiO3生成;在初始Ni^(2+)浓度为200mg/L,MFf添加量为0.2g,初始pH为4,室温吸附24h条件下,MKf对Ni^(2+)的吸附率达到99.3%;吸附过程符合准一级动力学模型,吸附速率主要受颗粒内扩散和吸附反应控制;Langmuir等温模型能更好地描述MKf的吸附行为,最大吸附量为14.973mg/g,较改性前提高了4倍左右。 Ni^2+adsorbent(MKf)was prepared by calcining k-feldspar with calcium compound additive.The optimal conditions obtained by the orthogonal experiment and MKf were characterized.The effects of MKf on Ni^2+adsorption,including MKf addition,initial pH,oscillation time and initial concentration were discussed.The results indicated that the optimal preparation conditions were as follows:CaSO4 mass of 0.08 g,CaCO3 mass of 0.3 g,the roasting temperature of 900℃,the roasting time of 3 h.MKF presented rodlike structure and showed new phase CaSiO3.The adsorption rate of MKF to Ni^2+could reach 99.3%under the conditions of initial Ni^2+concentration of200 mg·L^-1,MKf addition of 0.2 g,the initial pH of 4,the adsorption time of 24 hunder room temperature.The Adsorption process fited the pseudo-first-order kinetic model and the adsorption rate was mainly controlled by intraparticle diffusion and adsorption reaction.The adsorption behavior of MKf can be adequately described by langmuir isothermal model.The maximum adsorption capacity was 14.973 mg·g^-1,which was improved about four times over that before modification.
