摘要
薄壁零件的壁厚小于2mm,由于其比强度高和相对重量较轻等优点,已广泛应用于航空、航天、电子和模具等工业领域。通过对铝合金双面薄壁结构框腹板加工方法的分析与论证,从工艺方案设计、切削参数合理选择、刀具及加工装夹方式选择等方面阐述了薄壁零件腹板悬空加工的方法,为解决同类问题提供了参考。
Thin-walled parts mainly refer to parts with wall thickness less than 2mm,because of its high specific strength,relatively light weight and other advantages,are widely used in aerospace,electronics,mold and other industrial fields.Through the analysis and demonstration of the processing method for aluminum alloy double-sided thin-wall frame web,the method of dangling machining for thin wall parts is described from the aspects of the design of process plan,the reasonable selection of cutting parameters,the selection of cutting tools and the choice of machining and clamping methods.The method provides a reference for solving similar problems.
