摘要
随着乡村振兴战略的深入实施和脱贫攻坚的纵深推进,部分贫困村开始出现发展动力不足和返贫现象频发等问题。为此,需要从创新驱动贫困村发展的内生动力、文化动力、组织动力、制度动力等四个方面协同推进,以培育脱贫攻坚新动能,实现高速度高质量的脱贫攻坚和乡村振兴。
With the in-depth implementation of the strategy of rural revitalization and the in-depth promotion of poverty alleviation,some poor villages began to face problems such as lack of development motivation and frequent poverty return.It is necessary to promote the development of poverty-stricken villages through innovation from four aspects:endogenous driving force,cultural driving force,organizational driving force,and institutional driving force,so as to cultivate new driving forces for poverty alleviation,and achieve high speed and high quality poverty alleviation and rural revitalization.
