摘要
针对当前国内轴承行业专利经济效益低的问题,介绍了高智公司和斯坦福大学专利运营的成功案例。分析了国内外轴承企业专利运营布局,结合国内轴承行业的实际发展需求,提出了轴承创新中心作为非专利实施主体进行专利技术成果转移转化的一种运营理念。
Aimed at low economic benefit of patents in domestic bearing industry,the successful cases of patent operations of Intellectual Ventures and Stanford University are introduced. The layout of patent operations is analyzed for bearing enterprises at home and abroad. Combining with actual development needs of domestic bearing industry,it is proposed that the bearing innovation center is taken as a non-patent implementer to transfer and transform patent technology results.
