摘要
"繁荣之路"作为"一带一路"的"六路"建设的重要一环,重点聚焦发展这一根本问题,是"一带一路"倡议实施中的重要领域。为评估和跟踪"一带一路"参与国家"繁荣之路"的发展水平,从产业、金融、设施联通三个方面进行评价,整体上来看,"一带一路"早期参与国的各方面增长潜力不断释放,虽然当前参与国家在产业、金融、设施联通三个方面与世界平均水平有一定差距,但是追赶势头良好。各国通过"一带一路"倡议相关的合作和建设取得了长足的经济发展,为当前和下一步布局"一带一路"参与范围和"繁荣之路"的拓展与规划决策提供了重要依据。
As one of the most important components of “Six Roads”,“the Road of Prosperity” focuses on the theme of development, which is crucial in the implementation of “The Belt and Road” initiative. To evaluate and track the development level of "the Road of Prosperity" of B&R participatants, the paper evaluates the development level from three aspects: industry, finance and infrastructure. Generally, the potential of early B&R participants has been being released from all aspects. Although the level of current B&R participants in the areas of industry, finance and infrastructure is still behind global average, the trend of catching-up is quite well. All countries have achieved considerable economic development through cooperation and construction related to "The Belt and Road" initiative, which could be the important basis for the extension and decision making for current and future “The Belt and Road” arrangement, especially for “the Road of Prosperity”.
