摘要
进入21新世纪以来,全世界的经济发展都是基于知识的发展,且经济的发展对信息、知识的传播、产生与应用存在着较大的依赖。医院图书馆系指对医学相关文献资料进行整理、收藏及加工的重要场所,创新医院图书馆的管理方法能够有效提高医院服务质量,提升医务工作者服务水平。本研究重点阐述了在知识管理背景下实施医院图书馆创新管理等措施与方法,包括工作理念、服务质量提升、技术创新以及人员培训4个方面,以期为临床管理提供有益参考。
Since the beginning of the 21st century,the economic development of the world has been based on the development of knowledge,and the development of the economy has a greater dependence on the dissemination,generation and application of information and knowledge.Hospital library refers to an important place for the collation,collection and processing of medical related literature.The management method of the innovative hospital library can effectively improve the quality of hospital services and improve the service level of medical workers.This study focuses on the implementation of hospital library innovation management and other measures and methods in the context of knowledge management,including work concepts,service quality improvement,technology innovation and personnel training, in order to provide a useful reference for clinical management.
