前庭阵发症23例磁共振影像学特征分析

摘要 前庭阵发症( vestibular paroxysmia , VP )是中枢性疾病的一种,可导致反复发作的阵发性眩晕,该病的发病率相对较低,临床研究报道较为少见[ 1 ],目前尚无明确的诊断标准和特异性方法。神经血管交互压迫( neurovascular cross-compression , NVCC )被认为是 VP 的主要发病机制[ 2 ],高场强 MR 由于可对前庭蜗神经( vestibuloeochlear nerve , VN )位置关系进行清晰显示,因而在神经压迫性疾病的诊断中具有重要价值。笔者采用三维磁共振血管成像技术( 3D-MRA )对 VP 患者后颅窝神经血管结构进行分析,探讨 VP 的发病机制及特点。
