摘要
生育保险中有育儿休假这项福利,育儿休假主要有三种形式,即母育假(产假maternity leave)、父育假(paternity leave)和亲子假(parental leave)。父育假在我国的名称有陪护假或护理假等。其实,陪护假或护理假并不准确,会误以为陪护妻子,其实应该是护育孩子,所以,还是称之为父亲育儿假(简称"父育假")为好。这有利于培育父亲亲自照料孩子的理念,在育儿理念上迈出体现男女平等的一小步。培育父亲育儿理念的措施有正名顺言、国家立法、政策鼓励、名人示范和同事影响等。
Child bearing-and-rearing insurance includes the benefit of child-rearing leave, which consists of maternity leave, paternity leave and parental leave. Paternity leave is also known as company leave or nursing leave, which this thesis considers as inaccurate because such names imply company for the wife, while actually the leave should be meant for the baby. Thus, the term “paternity leave” is comparatively more appropriate name for this leave for the reason that it encourages the father to tend the new baby personally, which is a step forward towards equal effort between father and mother in child s upbringing. Besides justification in naming, cultivation of father s effort in upbringing still needs the help of national legislation, policy enhancing, role model of celebrities and peer influence.
