摘要
通过对河南省40所高职院校图书馆开展读者入馆教育活动的现状进行调研,在了解高职院校图书馆网站中有关新生入馆教育版块设置情况、采用的载体和教育的方式等现状的基础上,指出高职院校在开展读者入馆教育工作中存在读者教育服务意识淡薄、工作持续性差、教育形式单一、内容更新不及时和学生与图书馆工作人员互动不足等问题,并从重视教育培训、创新教育模式、强化工作人员素质和及时考评四个方面提出了解决对策。
It investigates the current situation of readers’ library guide education activities of 40 libraries of higher vocational colleges in Henan province. Based on the freshmen’s library guide education section setting, the carrier mode and the education way on the library website of higher vocational colleges, it points out that there are some problems in the process of readers’ library guide education, such as the weak awareness of readers’ education service, the poor continuity of work, the single form of education, untimely update of contents and insufficient interaction between students and libraries. After all, it puts forward countermeasures from four aspects: paying more attention to education and training, innovating the education mode, strengthening the quality of librarians and timely evaluation.
