摘要
人力资本是改善中国经济下行压力的重要源泉。在描述2005—2017年我国31个省区市经济增长质量和投入要素典型性事实的基础上,分析了全国层面、阶段层面异质性人力资本对经济增长质量的影响。研究发现:相较于2005—2009年,2010—2017年我国经济增长质量较低,异质性人力资本对经济增长质量的作用高于物质资本和就业人数,且存在显著空间关联;从全国层面和分阶段看,异质性人力资本及其空间滞后项对经济增长质量存在显著促进作用,且这一作用高于就业人数、物质资本的作用。这表明,未来中国为发挥经济增长质量的空间溢出效应,应在增加区域异质性人力资本投入的基础上,强化区域间异质性人力资本流动。
Human capital is an important factor to relieve the downward pressure on China s economy. Based on the description of typical facts of economic growth quality and input factors of 31 provinces and municipalities of China from 2005-2017, this paper analyzes the impact of heterogeneous human capital on economic growth quality on the national level and stage level. The research found out that:compared with that of 2005-2009, the national economic growth quality from 2010 to 2017 was relatively lower, the effect of heterogeneous human capital on economic growth quality was higher than the material capital and employment figure and had significant spatial correlation;seen from the national level and stage-wise, heterogeneous human capital and its space lag had significant promotion effect on the economic growth quality and this effect is higher than the effect of employment figure and material capital. This implies that, in the future, in order to play the role of spatial spillover effect of economic growth quality, regional heterogeneous human capital flow shall be strengthened on the basis of increasing regional heterogeneous human capital input.
