摘要 通过设计不同混杂比的碳玻混杂纤维复合材料,分析研究了不同混杂比对复合材料拉伸、压缩、剪切和弯曲性能的影响,除强度混杂效应外,总的来说性能随着碳纤维比例的增大而增加。不同混杂比的复合材料老化28 d后,0°方向拉伸强度和90°方向拉伸模量变化较小,0°方向拉伸模量增加50%,90°方向拉伸强度降低26%,剪切强度降低28%。此外,树脂浸润性研究表明,质量分数为30%的碳玻混杂纤维在0°和90°方向上树脂灌注速度比玻璃纤维分别降低13%和22%。 The effects of different hybrid ratios on the tensile, compressive, shear and bending properties of carbon-glass composites were studied by designing carbon fiber(CF)/glass fiber(GF) hybrid composites with different hybrid ratios. In addition to the hybrid effect of tensile strength, the overall performance increased with the increase of carbon fiber ratio. After 28 days of aging, the longitudinal tensile strength and transverse modulus of composites with different hybrid ratios varied slightly. The longitudinal tensile modulus increased by 50%, the transverse tensile strength decreased by 26% and the shear strength decreased by 28%. In addition, the wettability of resin showed that the resin filling rate of carbon-glass hybrid fibers with 30% weight ratio of carbon fiber decreased by 13% and 22% respectively in the direction of 0° and 90°.
