摘要
椭圆振动辅助切削作为近年来最具有发展潜力的超精密车削加工方式之一,其特有的间歇性切削特性与摩擦力逆转特性使其不但能够改善加工过程中的材料可加工性,而且能有效的抑制颤振现象。然而针对三维椭圆振动辅助切削过程中的颤振研究目前尚无过多报道。在一种混联驱动三维椭圆振动辅助切削机构的基础上,采用经验模型分解(Empirical Mode Decomposition,EMD)方法,提取三维椭圆振动辅助切削过程信号的特征量,并选取对颤振敏感的内模函数(Intrinsic Mode Function,IMF)的特征量,辨识三维椭圆振动辅助切削过程中颤振发生的现象。通过搭建三维椭圆振动辅助切削平台与采集位移信号的分析情况来验证了提出的混联压电式三维椭圆振动辅助切削过程颤振,为三维椭圆振动辅助切削的深入研究提供基础。
Elliptical vibration cutting is one of the most potential ultra-precision machining method in recent years, its unique characteristics of intermittent cutting and friction reversal can not only improve the machinability of materials, but also effectively suppress the chatter phenomenon. However, there is still not much report about the study of chatter in the process of 3D elliptic vibration cutting. In this paper, based on the hybrid drive three-dimensional elliptical vibration assisted cutting device, used empirical mode decomposition(EMD)method, extracted 3D elliptical vibration cutting process signal, and selected the intrinsic mode functio(IMF)which reflected the characteristic of chatter and calculated the feature quantity, then identified the phenomenon of chatter in the process of the 3D elliptic vibration assisted cutting. A three-dimensional elliptical vibration cutting platform was built and then analysed the displacement signal to identify the chatter in the process of hybrid piezoelectric three-dimensional elliptical vibration assisted cutting. The results show that the proposed method can be used to identify the chatter phenomenon in the process of hybrid driver three-dimensional elliptical vibration cutting, and also this provides a basis for researching 3D elliptical vibration cutting in further.
