摘要
小卫星平台普遍采用控制器局域网络(Controller Area Network,CAN)作为数据通信总线,空间环境中的单粒子翻转效应可能造成载荷设备的CAN总线控制器故障,若不及时处理可能影响总线上所有节点的正常通信。载荷主控计算机作为载荷分系统与卫星平台数据通信的枢纽,其总线通信稳定性关乎任务的成败,设备工作过程中能及时有效地自动恢复总线翻转故障非常重要。针对载荷CAN总线单次和长期两种总线故障模式,结合载荷主控计算机的工作特点,分别设计了载荷二级和三级CAN总线单粒子翻转故障的自动恢复方法,通过实验验证了方法的有效性,并在工程项目中得到成功应用。
The small satellite platform generally uses CAN as the data communication bus,while Single Event Upset (SEU) effect in the space environment can cause CAN bus controller failure.If not removed in time,the failure may affect the communication of all nodes on the bus.The payload master computer is the hub of data communication between payload subsystem and satellite platform,and the stability of the bus communication is vital to the success of the task,so it is very important to recover from the bus failure in time and effectively in the process of equipment operation. For the single and long term fault modes of payload CAN bus,with the characteristics of payload operation taken into consideration,the automatic recovery method of two-level and three-level CAN bus SEU fault is designed respectively.The effectiveness of the methods is verified by experiment and the methods have been successfully applied in project.
