摘要
近几年,食品相关研究越来越多,最主要的是食品添加剂研究,主要包括3方面:天然食品添加剂的研究,食品添加剂制备的新技术探究,添加剂的测试分析。本文简单讲述了食品添加剂现状和发展趋势。
Recent years, more and more food-related research has been carried out, the most important is the research of food additive, which basically has 3 respects: respectively is the natural food additive research, as well as the food additive preparation in the new technology inquiry, the last is the additive test analysis. This article briefly described the current situation of food additives, and its development trend.
