摘要
针对港口装船机臂架具有伸缩功能的特殊性,总结了典型的装船机臂架伸缩问题,提出港口装船机伸缩问题的改造措施。针对伸缩轨道产生塑性变形,提出整改措施;针对伸缩减速机损坏,提出相应的整改措施;针对支撑轮缘磨损,提出整改措施;防止重复发生装船机伸缩臂架从主臂架上坠落,设计出定位止挡轮。通过上述技术措施,提升了装船机臂架伸缩运动的精准度,增加了伸缩运动的平稳性和可靠性,保障了装船机臂架的安全运行。
In view of the particularity of the arm support with stretch function of ship loader in port,this paper summarizes the typical stretch problems of arm support of ship loader,and puts forward the improve. ment measures for the problem. In view of plastic deformation of telescopic rail,the correction measures are put forward,the corresponding rectification measures are put forward for the damage of the telescopic reduc. er,the corresponding rectification measures are put forward for the wear of the brace. Then the retractable boom of the ship loader is prevented from falling from the main arm support, and the positioning stop wheel is designed. Through the above-mentioned technical measures, the precision of arm support of the ship loader is improved,and the stability and reliability of the telescopic movement are increased. Finally, the safe operation of arm support of the ship loader is guaranteed from the aspect of safety.
