摘要 目的探讨PDCA循环法在提高输血不良反应报告率中的应用。方法选择我院2014—2016年未采用PDCA循环法干预的资料及2017年1月至2017年12月采用PDCA循环法干预的资料进行研究。比较干预前、后的输血不良反应报告率及类型。结果干预后,2017年我院临床输血不良反应上报及时,且上报率明显提高,由干预前的0.19%提高到0.82%,2017年与2014年、2015年、2016年输血不良反应报告率比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。输血不良反应报告类型增多,如红细胞、血小板输注无效和输血相关性急性肺损伤等。结论采用PDCA循环能有效提高输血不良反应报告率,改进临床输血不良反应报告管理,可有效保证临床用血安全。 Objective To investigate the application of PDCA circulation method in improving the reporting rate of adverse reactions in blood transfusion.Methods The data of no intervention with PDCA circulation method in our hospital from 2014 to 2016 and the data of intervention with PDCA circulation method in our hospital from January 2017 to December 2017 were studied.The reported rates and types of adverse reactions of blood transfusion before and after intervention were compared.Results After intervention,the reporting of clinical transfusion adverse reactions in our hopital were timely in 2017,and the reporting rate significantly increased from 0.19%before intervention to 0.82%.There were statistically significant differences in the reporting rate of adverse reactions to blood transfusion between 2017 and 2014,2015 and 2016(P<0.01).The reporting types of adverse reactions of blood transfusion increased,such as ineffective transfusion of red blood cells and platelets and transfusion-associated acute lung injury.Conclusion PDCA circulation can effectively improve the reporting rate of adverse reactions of transfusion,and improve the management of adverse reactions reporting,which can effectively guarantee the safety of clinical blood transfusion.
