闭合复位弹性髓内钉固定术与切开复位钢板内固定术治疗儿童尺桡骨干骨折的临床效果 被引量:14

摘要 目的比较闭合复位弹性髓内钉固定术与切开复位钢板固定术治疗儿童尺桡骨干骨折的临床效果。方法将我院收治的100例尺桡骨干骨折患儿随机分为观察组(50例,闭合复位弹性髓内钉固定)和对照组(50例,切开复位钢板内固定)。比较两组的治疗效果。结果观察组手术时间、骨折愈合时间及住院时间均短于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组的治疗优良率高于对照组(P<0.05)。两组术后并发症总发生率无显著差异(P>0.05)。结论与切开复位钢板内固定相比,闭合复位弹性髓内钉内固定治疗儿童尺桡骨干骨折具有创伤小、治疗时间短、治疗效果佳等优势。 Objective To compare the clinical effect of closed replacement elastic intramedullary nail fixation and open reduction and plate internal fixation on fracture of shafts of ulna and radius in children.Methods A total of 100 children with shafts of ulna and radius fractures in our hospital were randomly divided into observation group(50 cases,closed replacement elastic intramedullary nail fixation)and control group(50 cases,open reduction and plate internal fixation).The therapeutic effects of both groups were compared.Results The operation time,fractures healing time and hospitalization time in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).The excellent and good rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the total incidence of complications between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Compared with open reduction and plate internal fixation,closed replacement elastic intramedullary nail fixation has the advantages of less trauma,shorter treatment time and better treatment effect in the treatment of shafts of ulna and radius fractures in children.
