摘要
学生干部作为高校工作中一支重要的力量,不仅是高校教育管理的对象,更是学生基层的组织实施管理者。高校学生干部作为高校大学生群体中的带头人,具有一定的影响力,更易于和学生接近,可以有效地帮助教师解决学生的思想问题。在高校学生干部的管理工作中,合理应用"期待效应",可以起到事半功倍的良好效果,是改善教学质量和环境的一个重要环节。
As an important force in the work of colleges and universities, student cadres are not only the object of college education management, but also the organization and implementation managers of students at the grassroots level. As the leader of college students, college student cadres have certain influence and are more likely to be close to students. They can effectively help teachers solve some ideological problems among students. In the management of college student cadres, the reasonable application of the expectation effect can play a good effect with half the effort and is an important link to improve the quality and environment of teaching.
