摘要
微生物传感器是一种将微生物作为感应元件与换能器结合在一起的分析设备,利用基因工程的手段对微生物进行改造,从而形成了基因工程微生物传感器。它能够快速、准确和敏感地检测药物、环境监测、国防、食品加工和安全等领域的目标分析物,在生物物质的检测方面具有重要价值。本文综述了微生物传感器的原理及种类,并对基因工程微生物传感器的应用现状和未来发展方向进行了讨论。
The microbial sensor is an analytical device. It combines microorganisms as an inductive element and a transducer. By using the method of genetic engineering, a genetically engineered microbial sensor is formed. It is capable of quickly, accurately and sensitively detecting targets in the fields of pharmaceuticals, environmental monitoring, defense, food processing and safety.It is of great value in the detection of biological materials. In this paper, the principle and types of microbial sensors have been introduced. The application status and future development of genetically engineered microbial biosensors have been discussed.
