摘要
《灵枢》九针是中医经典中惟一一套论述系统且形制完备的外治工具,镵针作为九针之首其重要性不言而喻。然而由于至今尚无传世镵针出现或实体针具出土,文献研究已成为目前考证其形制的主要途径。历史上鑱针的图示外形不一,提示古代医家对其形制特点并未达成统一的认识,因而《灵枢》原文在此项研究中更具有权威意义。按照《灵枢》镵针的相关条目分析,对于镵针的外形描述进行了逐一分析考证,明确了镵针的外形特征和制作用意,并初步分析探讨了历代镵针图示的外形差异。研究提示,基于《灵枢》原文探讨镵针定制的外形结构,对于了解早期针灸学术体系、总结古代针具演化源流乃至合理设计未来针具等方面具有重要的学术价值和研究意义。
Nine-Needle recorded in Ling Shu is the unique set of surgical tool which was described systematically on shape in acient classics.It is obvious that as the first one of nine-needle Chan Zhen is important to the research of acient Acupuncture needles.However,there has no definite Chan Zhen passed down from generation to generation appeared or entity needle has been unearthed as yet,literature research has still being the main way to study its shape.It shows that no consensus was reached on the shape of Chan Zhen for historical graphic shapes were very different from each other.Therefore,The related original texts in Ling Shu is more authoritative significance for studing the shape of Chan Zhen.The shape features were textual researched and analysed one by one based on the original texts in Ling Shu.the design idea and operation purpose of Chan Zhen appeared more clear after studing and discussing its shape related materials.Research suggests that it has important academic value and research significance for the original texts about Chan Zhen in Ling Shu to study it’s shape and function,to get more acquainted with academic system of early acupuncture,to explore the origin and evolution of ancient medical needle tools,even to design modern therapeutic needle rationally.
