摘要
艾滋病作为一种严重的感染性疾病,在治疗的过程中面临着高效联合抗反转录病毒疗法(HAART)的毒副作用、HIV耐药、不能根治及其终身服药的局限。非药物疗法作为中医传统疗法的重要组成部分,具有疗效好、适用范围广、无毒副作用、操作简便等优势。近年来,医者已创新性地将非药物疗法如针刺、艾灸、耳穴、心理疗法运用到艾滋病的防治中,并取得了显著的临床疗效。为进一步挖掘非药物疗法在艾滋病防治中的优势,本文对近年的临床报道进行总结,并提出非药物疗法干预尚未形成规模和统一方案,非药物疗法的研究尚缺乏大样本多中心随机对照实验和机制机理研究,对于非药物疗法操作流程与标准亦有待进一步规范。因此制定出统一的非药物疗法治疗方案,积极开展机制机理研究,运用循证医学建立标准疗效评价体系,是发挥非药物疗法在艾滋病防治中优势的必由之路。
AIDS(Acquired immunodeficiency syndrome) is a serious infectious disease,in the course of treatment,it faced with side effects of the highly effective combination of anti-retroviral therapy,(HAART),HIV resistance,cannot cure and its lifelong medication limitations.Non-pharmacological therapy as an important part of traditional Chinese medicine therapy has good efficacy,wide range of applications,non-toxic side effects,easy operation and other advantages.In recent years,doctors have non-drug therapy such as acupuncture,moxibustion,Auricular application pressure,psychological therapy to the prevention and treatment of AIDS,and achieved significant clinical results.In order to further explore the advantages of Non pharmacological therapy in AIDS prevention and treatment,this paper summarizes the clinical reports in recent years and puts forward that Non-pharmacological therapy has not yet formed a scale and unified program.Non-drug therapy research is still lack of a large sample of multi-center randomized controlled trials and mechanism research,Non-pharmacological therapy procedures and standards also need to be further standardized.Therefore,to develop a unified Non-pharmacological therapy treatment program,actively carry out the mechanism of mechanism research,and use evidence-based medicine to establish a standard efficacy evaluation system is the only way to develop the advantage of Non pharmacological therapy in the paths of AIDS prevention and control.
