预置粉末成分对激光熔覆Ti合金复合涂层组织与性能的影响 被引量:4

Effect of pre-powder content on microstructure and properties of laser cladd Ti alloy composite coating

摘要 采用YAG光纤激光器进行熔覆试验,在Ti-6A1-4V合金表面预置了Ti和不同预置粉末含量的试样,制备出原位自生的Ti B金属陶瓷复合涂层。主要研究了添加不同预置粉末含量对Ti B增强Ti基合金复合涂层的组织及其性能的影响。采用光学显微镜、X射线衍射仪,显微硬度计等设备及分析手段,对Ti-6Al-4V合金表面改性层的原位自生反应机制进行了研究。结果说明:涂层主要是由α-Ti和TiB物相组成,以枝晶状、胞状和颗粒状组织均匀分布于其中。在结合区,大多以细小的针状增强相为主。随着预置粉末中硼含量的增加,熔覆层与基材之间的冶金结合越来越好,熔覆层组织细化,涂层的硬度值上升。熔覆层显微硬度为基材硬度值的1. 5~2倍,硬度值大约在550 HV0. 2到800 HV0. 2。 The Ti-6A1-4V specimens clad with different preset powder content were prepared using YAG fiber laser,and the in-situ Ti B cermet-ceramic composite coating was investigated. The effects of different pre-powder contents on microstructure and properties of Ti B reinforced titanium matrix alloy composite coatings were studied. The in-situ reaction mechanism of coating on the surface of Ti-6Al-4V alloy and its effect on hardness property were revealed,which is characterized by scanning electron microscope,X-ray diffraction meter,schematic of hardness test machine and other equipment. The results showed that the coating is mainly composed of α-Ti and Ti B phase,which are distributed in dendrite,cellular and granular tissues. In the binding area,most of them were small needle-like enhanced phase. With the increased of the boron content,the metallurgical bonding between the cladd layer and the substrate is getting better and the cladd layer is refined and the hardness value of the coating is increased. The microhardness of the clad layer is 1.5-2 times the hardness value of the substrate,and the hardness value range from 550 HV0.2 to 800 HV0.2.
