2017年广西碘缺乏病监测结果分析 被引量:10

摘要 目的了解广西碘缺乏病防治的最新情况和可能存在碘缺乏风险的重点人群,为开展碘缺乏病防治工作提供科学依据。方法采用PPS抽样方法抽取广西73个县(市、区)开展人群碘营养监测,抽取36个县(市、区)对8~10岁学龄儿童甲状腺容积进行调查。结果 2017年共调查8~10岁儿童14 723名、孕妇7 307名,碘盐中位数为24.40 mg/kg,合格碘盐食用率为92.69%;儿童甲肿率为0.42%,儿童尿碘中位数为181.6μg/L,各地区儿童尿碘中位数在138.6~209.9μg/L之间;孕妇尿碘中位数为128.2μg/L,各地区孕妇尿碘中位数在89.3~162.6μg/L之间。结论广西在目前的盐碘浓度标准下,儿童碘营养水平适宜,但孕妇碘营养略显不足,是可能存在碘缺乏风险的重点人群;同时,广西全区合格碘盐食用率的持续下降,可能对持续消除碘缺乏病产生不利影响。 Objective To understand the latest situation of prevention and control of iodine deficiency disorders(IDD)and the key population who probable have iodine deficiency of Guangxi,and provide evidence for scientific prevention and control.Methods 73 counties were sampled by probability proportionate to size sampling(PPS),and carried out iodine nutrition monitoring,and 36 counties were selected to carry out iodine deficiency disease monitoring.Results A total of 14 723 children aged 8 to 10 years and 7 307 pregnant women were investigated in 2017.The median of iodized salt was 24.40 mg/kg,the edible rate of qualified iodine salt was 92.69%,the children’s goiter rate was 0.42%,and the children’s median urinary iodine was 181.6μg/L,the median urinary iodine of children in each city was between 138.6μg/L and 209.9μg/L;the median urinary iodine of pregnant women was 128.2μg/L,and the median urinary iodine of pregnant women in each city was between 89.3μg/L and 162.6μg/L.Conclusion Under the current iodized salt addition standard of Guangxi,the iodine nutrition level of children is suitable,but the iodine nutrition of pregnant women is slightly insufficient,they are the key population who probable have iodine deficiency.At the same time,there is adverse effect on the continued elimination of IDD caused by continuous decline in the edible rate of qualified iodine salt.
