摘要
目的:针对不同产地的女贞子建立红景天苷、女贞苷、特女贞苷高效液相色谱测定方法。方法:采用高效液相色谱法,色谱条件:Aglient Eclipse XDB-C_(18)色谱柱(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm),以水-乙腈为流动相,梯度洗脱,体积流量1.0 mL/min,检测波长282 nm,柱温25℃。结果:10个产地女贞子药材红景天苷、女贞苷、特女贞苷含量分别在2.06~4.34 mg/g、2.52~28.73 mg/g、8.86~46.84 mg/g范围。结论:所建立的高效液相测定方法可用于女贞子药材的质量控制。
Objective: To study the determination of salidroside, ligustroflavone, and specnuezhenide of Ligustrum lucidum in different habitats by HPLC. Methods: HPLC was used to determine the contents. The analytical column was Aglient Eclipse XDB-C18 column(250 mm×4.6 mm, 5 μm). The mobile phase was composed of acetonitrile and water with gradient elution. The detection wave length was set at 282nm, the flow rate was 1.0mL/min and the column temperature was maintained at 25 ℃. Results: The contents of salidroside, ligustroflavone, specnuezhenide of Ligustrum lucidum in 10 places were 2.06~4.34 mg/g, 2.52~28.73 mg/g, and 8.86~46.84 mg/g respectively. Conclusion: The HPLC method can be used for the quality control of Ligustrum lucidum .
