摘要
[目的/意义]在信息传播过程中,媒介建构与受众认知的关系影响着信息传播的有效性。二者之间是否存在偏差,偏差存在于哪些具体方面及其对信息传播效果造成的影响如何,都是需要实证考察予以研究和分析的重要问题。[方法/过程]通过内容分析法勾勒媒介建构特征,通过问卷调查法描述受众认知情况,对比媒介建构与受众认知导出偏差,并基于偏差思考调节策略。[结果/结论]媒介为了达成有效信息传播,需调整媒介建构的方式以弥合与受众认知间的差距,具体表现为议题框架选择、意见领袖利用、内容呈现方式等方面的调节。
[Purpose/Significance]In the process of information dissemination, the relationship between media construction and audience cognition affects its effectiveness. Whether there are any deviations between media construction and audience cognition, what specific aspects of the deviation exist and their impact on the effect of information dissemination are important issues that need to be studied and analyzed by an empirical study.[Method/Process]This study outlined the characteristics of media construction through content analysis, described the cognitive situation of the audience through questionnaire survey, compared the deviation between media construction and audience cognition, and explored the adjustment strategy. [Result/Conclusion]In order to achieve effective information dissemination, media need to adjust the way of media construction by adjusting the agenda framework to bridge the gap, the use of opinion leaders and the presentation of content.
