Empirical Analysis of the Patent Intelligence on the Innovation Status of Blockchain Technology

摘要 [目的/意义]通过对全球区块链技术专利情报进行实证分析,揭示该技术领域的研究热点和发展趋势,为我国相关技术的发展提供信息参考。[方法/过程]利用IncoPat专利检索数据库,对全球区块链技术专利情报进行检索策略、申请趋势、技术应用区域和创新机构竞争态势分析,尤其对核心专利进行深度挖掘,为国内相关研发提供参考。[结果/结论]分析结果表明,区块链技术领域的研究热点集中于数字签名、安全访问和系统交易等领域,美国在该技术领域的研发实力较强,拥有独特的核心专利,高价值专利占比高。中国虽然在该技术领域专利申请量最大,但高价值专利占比较低,核心创新竞争力与美国存在一定差距,有待进一步提高。 [Purpose/Significance]Empirical analysis of global patent information on vein recognition is implemented, research hotspots and development trends of such field are revealed, so that corresponding information references are supplied for China.[Method/Process]Patent intelligence of the global blockchain is analyzed with IncoPat searching database, including the construction of retrieval strategy, analysis of patent application trend, distribution of application and technology origin, analysis of competition status, mining and analysis of core patents, providing references for domestic research.[Result/Conclusion]Analysis results show that present researches focus on such fields as digital signature, safe access and assets transaction, where America has strong research capabilities with unique core patents and considerable percentage of high value patents. Although China has the largest number of patent applications in this technology field, the high value patents are relatively limited, and there is a gap in core innovation capability compared with America, which should be further improved.
