摘要
目前,心脑血管疾病是危及人类健康最常见的疾病之一。尽管冠心病与脑血管疾病具有共同的危险因素,但其治疗却不尽相同,二者同时发生时,病情常常会更严重,治疗也会更棘手。本文从冠心病合并缺血性卒中、出血性卒中或颅内动脉瘤的治疗现况方面进行综述。
Recently cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases have become one of the most common diseases seriously harmful to human health.Although coronary artery heart disease and cerebrovascular diseases share some risk factors,they are different to some extent in treatment.Importantly,concurrent coronary artery heart disease and cerebrovascular disease is usually more serious and the treatment is also much more challenging.This review paper examines the existing literature on the treatments of simultaneous coronary artery heart disease and ischemic or hemorrhagic stroke or intracranial aneurysms.
