梯级水电站群实时发电计划调整模型研究与应用

摘要 梯级水电站群实时发电计划调整是充分发挥大规模水电站群短期发电能力、实时协调能力,及时有效地响应电网调度需求的重要手段。论文提出的数学模型成功应用到四川省大渡河流域水电站群中,有效地开展了水电站群发电计划的实时监控和优化调度工作,为全国其他流域大型水电站群和电网的调度运行提供借鉴。 Real-time generation schedule adjustment of cascade hydropower stations is an important means to give full play to the short-term generation capacity and real-time coordination ability of large-scale hydropower stations,and to respond to the dispatching demand of power grid in a timely and effective manner.The mathematical model proposed in this paper has been successfully applied to the Dadu River Basin hydropower station group in Sichuan Province,effectively carrying out the real-time monitoring and optimal dispatching of the hydropower station group generation schedule,providing reference for the dispatching and operation of large hydropower stations and power grids in other basins of the country.
