摘要
随着当前我国经济的发展,环境污染问题日益凸显,而城镇化的推进和产业结构的变动对环境污染的影响也愈发明显。选取城镇化作为门槛变量,构建面板门槛模型,探讨我国各地区城镇化、产业结构对环境污染的非线性影响,实证结果发现:城镇化水平的提高有利于降低各地区环境污染程度,且城镇化水平越低,对环境污染的遏制效果越好;第二产业比重的上升显著提高了环境压力,但城镇化水平的上升能够在一定程度上减缓这一驱动作用;金融发展在城镇化发展水平较低的地区容易提高环境压力,且经济增长与环境污染之间不存在显著倒U型关系。最后,从绿色城镇化和产业结构调整视角提出相关政策建议。
With the development of Chinese economy,environmental pollution has become increasingly prominent,and the impact of urbanization and industrial structure adjustment on environmental pollution has become more and more obvious.This paper selects urbanization as a threshold variable,constructs a panel threshold model to explore the non-linear impact of urbanization and industrial structure on environmental pollution in various regions of China.The empirical results show that:(1)The improvement of urbanization level is conducive to reducing the degree of environmental pollution in various regions,and the lower urbanization level is,the more powerful the containment effect of environmental pollution will be;(2)The increase of the proportion of secondary industry significantly adds the environmental pressure,but the rise of urbanization level can alleviate this driving role to a certain extent;(3)Financial development in low urbanization level regions is easy to increase environmental pressure,and there is no significant inverted U-shaped relationship between economic growth and environmental pollution.Finally,from the perspective of green urbanization and industrial restructure,we put forward some relevant policy recommendations.
