摘要
磁黄铁矿因固有的结晶结构特点,其焙烧制酸有其一定的特殊性和难可控性。针对其焙烧速度慢、烧渣量大、粒度大、烟气中SO_2浓度偏低及堆存易烧结等特点,通过优化焙烧装置设计,合理进行配料和生产调节,较好地解决了磁黄铁矿焙烧生产调节控制中存在的诸多问题,实现平稳操作。
Due to the inherent characteristics of the pyrrhotite crystal structures,the sulphric acid production via the pyrrhotite roasting process has certain difficulties for process control.Aiming at the characteristics of slow calcination,large amounts of slag,large particle sizes,low SO 2 concentration in flue gas,and easy sintering for acid production,the existing problems in the pyrrhotite roasting process control were solved by optimizing the roasting device design and adjusting the ratios of the chemicals for production.Therefore,stable operation was achieved.
