摘要
近年来湿地逐渐成为热门旅游目的地,湿地旅游发展对湿地生态保护具有双重效应,湿地旅游发展为湿地生态保护提供资金支持,可以替代污染重、资源消耗大的传统产业,提高旅游利益相关者的生态保护意识,然而湿地旅游传统发展模式也对湿地生态环境造成严重影响和破坏。湿地生态环境问题的产生,表面上看是经济、管理和技术等因素引起,本质上是人们缺乏必要的生态道德意识和责任感所致。本文分析生态伦理保护环境、尊重生命、善待自然的共性要求,探索在生态伦理视域下,湿地旅游发展应承认自然价值、追求生态正义、实现人地关系和谐的道德诉求。生态伦理为湿地旅游提供正确的价值导向和道德支持,从强化内心信念和形成舆论压力两方面为湿地旅游发展提供动力。生态伦理通过旅游利益相关者来推动湿地旅游的可持续发展,必须把生态伦理观落实到对政府、旅游开发者以及旅游者的教育、调节、规范中,合理开发与保护湿地旅游资源、教育与约束湿地旅游者、规范与发展湿地旅游产业,构建湿地旅游可持续发展的生态伦理观体系。
In recent years, wetland has gradually become a popular tourist destination. The development of wetland tourism has double effects on wetland ecological protection. The development of wetland tourism provides financial support for wetland ecological protection, which can replace the traditional industries with heavy pollution and high resources consumption, and improve the ecological protection awareness of tourism stakeholders. However, the traditional development mode of wetland tourism also has a serious impact on the wetland ecological environment. It seems that the wetland ecological environment problems are caused by factors of economy, management and technology. Essentially, they are caused by people's lack of necessary ecological moral consciousness and sense of responsibility. This paper analyses the common requirements of eco.ethics on protecting environment, revering life and treating nature kindly. It holds that the development of wetland tourism should recognize the natural value, pursue ecological justice and realize the harmonious relationship between man and nature. Eco.ethics provides correct value orientation and moral support for wetland tourism. It provides motive force for the development of wetland tourism from strengthening people's inner beliefs and forming public opinion pressure. Eco.ethics promotes the sustainable development of wetland tourism through tourism stakeholders. It is necessary to implement the eco.ethics concept in the education and regulation of government, tourism developers and tourists. The ecological ethics system of wetland tourism sustainable development is constructed through rational development and protection of wetland tourism resources, education and restraint of wetland tourists, standardization and innovation of wetland tourism industry.
