摘要
知名公立医院的品牌具有很大的经济价值,属于国有资产,随着市场经济的发展,越来越多的医院使用自身品牌对外开展合作、投资、特许经营等行为,为了防止国有资产的流失,其使用行为要接受严格的监督管理。本文指出当前公立医院品牌使用的监管存在无法可依、无人重视等问题,并提出国家要完善医院品牌监管的法律体系,各政府部门加强品牌使用的事前审批和事后监管制度,医院应建立专门的知识产权部门,合法合规地使用品牌。
The brands of well-known public hospitals have great economic value and belong to state-owned assets.With the development of market economy,more and more hospitals use their own brands to conduct cooperation,investment,franchising,etc.In order to prevent the loss of state-owned assets,their usage behavior is subject to strict supervision and management.This paper points out a problem that the supervision of public hospital brands cannot be followed and no one attaches importance to,and the country's legal system shall improve hospital brand supervision.The pre-examination and post-regulation supervision system for brand use shall be strengthened.The hospital shall establish a special intellectual property department and use the brand legally and compliantly.
