摘要 随着弃风电量的快速增加,弃风问题已经引起社会的广泛关注。提出了电力系统弃风序列评价指标:弃风时段分布,弃风持续时间以及弃风持续电量。提出了一种基于时序生产模拟的弃风序列建模方法,该方法通过建立新能源消纳最大的时序生产模型,计算得到弃风序列。通过实际弃风序列和仿真弃风序列特性的对比,验证了基于时序生产模拟的弃风序列建模方法的有效性;同时模拟结果显示,髙比例风电接入背景下,长弃风持续时间下的弃风电量占比大幅提髙,弃风问题更加突出。 With the rapid increase of wind power curtailment, the wind power curtailment issue becomes a serious problem. In this paper, the evaluation indexes of the wind power curtailment sequence of power system are put forward: the distribution of the wind curtailment period, wind curtailment continuous duration and wind continuous curtailment generation. A method of wind curtailment sequence model based on the time sequence production simulation is proposed. Wind curtailment sequence is calculated based on the renewable energy time sequence production simulation which maximizes the integration of renewable energy. The simulation results show the validity of the wind curtailment model method based on the time sequence production simulation by comparing the actual sequence and simulated sequence characteristic of the wind curtailment. At the same time, under the circumstance of high proportion of wind power, the ratio of long wind curtailment continuous duration increase significantly and the wind power curtailment problem becomes more serious.
