摘要
为了研究机制砂和天然砂对高强混凝土性能的影响,在级配不变的条件下,利用机制砂和天然砂分别制备了C50、C55高强混凝土,并对混凝土的工作性、力学性能、耐久性、变形性等进行了试验研究,分析了弹性模量与立方体抗压强度之间关系。结果表明:天然砂混凝土的工作性能和抗水渗透能力均优于机制砂混凝土;机制砂混凝土的力学性能和后期体积变形性优于天然砂;立方体抗压强度与弹性模量之间的数学模型不适用于高强机制砂混凝土。
In order to study the effects of the manufactured sand and natural sand on the properties of high-strength concrete,the manufactured sand and natural sand are used separately to manufacture the C50 and C55 high-strength concretes under the condition of same gradation,and the workability,mechanical properties,durability and deformation of concretes are tested and studied.This paper analyzes the relationship between the elastic modulus and cubic compressive strength.The results show that the workability and impermeability of the natural sand concrete are superior to the manufactured sand concrete.The mechanical properties and later volume deformation of the manufactured sand are better than the natural sand concrete.The mathematical model between the cubic compressive strength and elastic modulus is not applied to the high-strength manufactured sand concrete.
