污水厂污泥处理节能降耗平衡分析

摘要 采用节能降耗的处理工艺降低污泥处理成本将使污泥得到更好的处理,以广州猎德污水处理厂的污泥处理为例,采用了"浓缩+深度机械脱水+热干化"的处理工艺和"浓缩调质+机械深度脱水+低温热干化"的工艺设备组合,尾气热回收系统能回收尾气47%的热量,经过平衡计算,该项目方案t泥能耗(折算80%污泥)为69.6 k W·h/t污泥,节能效果显著。 The use of energy-saving and cost-reducing treatment processes to reduce the cost of sludge treatment can make the sludge better treated.Taking the sludge treatment of Guangzhou Liede Wastewater Treatment Plant as an example,a combination of"concentrated+deep mechanical dewatering+heat drying"treatment process and"concentrated tempering+mechanical deep dewatering+low-temperature heat drying"technological equipment is used.The exhaust gas heat recovery system can recover the heat of 47%exhaust gas.After the balance calculation,the energy consumption per ton of sludge(converting 80%sludge)of the project is 69.6 kW·h/t sludge.The energy-saving effect is remarkable.
