摘要
为满足塔河油田裂缝封堵要求,分别以丁腈橡胶(NBR)和氢化丁腈橡胶(HNBR)为基体,耐盐型亲水树脂和聚醚型聚氨酯预聚体作为混合吸水剂,加工出遇水膨胀橡胶(WSR),用粉碎机将其破碎成堵剂。研究了物理复合型和反应复合型亲水树脂对WSR的力学性能与吸水膨胀行为的影响,基体对WSR的力学性能和遇水膨胀行为的影响,以及堵剂在塔河矿化水中吸水膨胀性能的规律。结果表明,反应复合型WSR在高矿化水膨胀过程中表现出高膨胀倍率和吸水剂微析出现象。以HNBR为基体的WSR在130℃、2.0×10~5 mg/L塔河矿化水中,表现出较高的体积膨胀倍率。
In order to meet the crack sealing requirements of Tahe Oilfield,salt resistant water swellable rubbers (WSR) have been successfully prepared,employing nitrile rubber (NBR) or hydrogenated nitrile rubber (HNBR) as matrixes,salt-resistant hydrophilic resin and polyether polyurethane prepolymer as blend water absorbents,and the rubber particles used as rubber plugging agent have been also fabricated by grinder.The mechanical properties and water swelling behavior of physical composited and chemical reaction composited WSR were studied respectively,and the influence of rubber matrix on the mechanical properties and water swelling behavior of WSR was investigated further,and the water swelling performance of plugging agents in Tahe high salinity water medium was evaluated finally.The results showed that WSR composed by reactive PU resins exhibits the higher water swelling ratio and little removal phenomenon from rubber in mineralized water with high ion concentration.The WSR based on HNBR reaches a higher expansion ratio at the temperature of 130 ℃,the salinity of 2.0×10 5 mg/L.
