摘要
目的:观察杞精消肾安汤在治疗糖尿病肾病肝肾阴虚兼瘀毒证中的临床疗效。方法:选取我院于2016年6月-2017年1月确诊的60例糖尿病肾病(肝肾阴虚兼瘀毒证),随机分为观察组与对照组,每组30例。两组患者均采用相同的基础护理手段,比如:适当控制饮食、进行有氧锻炼等。观察组采用杞精消肾安汤治疗,对照组采用口服羟苯磺酸钙片,一次0.5 g(2片),一日3次,疗程为4～6个月。观察两组治疗前后的临床症状及各项理化检查结果。结果:观察组和对照组均有效,不过通过杞精消肾安汤治疗,观察组治愈率(96.67%)明显高于对照组(60.00%),P <0.05;相对比治疗前,治疗后患者的血糖水平、低和高密度脂蛋白指标改善明显,差异有统计学意义P <0.05。结论:杞精消肾安汤治疗糖尿病肾病(肝肾阴虚兼瘀毒证)疗效佳,血糖指标变化明显,复发率低,值得进一步的研究。
Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of the Qijing Xiaoshen'an decoction(杞精消肾安汤)on diabetic nephropathy(DN)of the Ganshen Yinxu and Yudu type(肝肾阴虚兼瘀毒证).Methods:60 patients with DN were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group,30 cases in each group.Both groups were given basic nursing,such as proper diet control and aerobic exercise.The treatment group was treated with the Qijing Xiaoshen'an decoction;the control group was treated with oral calcium dobesilate tablets.Results:Two therapy in groups were effective;the cure rate in the treatment group was 96.67%,significantly higher than 60.00% in the control group,P<0.05.The blood glucose level,low-density lipoprotein index and high-density lipoprotein index were improved significantly;the differences was significant,P<0.05.Conclusion:The Qijing Xiaoshen'an decoction is effective on DN of the Ganshen Yinxu and Yudu type,can obviously improve blood glucose index,with lower recurrence rate,is worthy of further study.
