摘要
高脂血症,即血脂异常症,是临床常见的、多发的代谢性疾病,不仅参与动脉粥样硬化的发生发展,而且与动脉粥样硬化的多种并发症有关,现代医学对高脂血症有统一的定义、诊断标准,对其发病机制、病理变化、治疗方案等有较为系统的研究,中医学无高脂血症的病名,中医各家对高脂血症有不同的认识,目前对血脂异常的病因病机已有相对一致的认识,但辨证分型尚缺乏统一标准,这给治疗方案的选择及疗效的评价带来困难。本文对高脂血症西医病理变化不同阶段中医核心病机进行分析,以期为临床治疗方案的选择提供更多的参考依据。
Hyperlipidemia,or dyslipidemia,is a common and frequent metabolic disease in clinic.It not only involved in the development of atherosclerosis,but also related to many complications of atherosclerosis.Modern medicine has a unified definition of hyperlipidemia and diagnostic criteria,and has more systematic research of pathogenesis,pathological changes,treatment options and other.In TCM,name of hyperlipidemia cannot be found.Various medical schools of TCM have different understanding of hyperlipidemia.At present,the etiology and pathogenesis of dyslipidemia has a relatively consistent understanding,but there is still a lack of uniform criteria for syndrome differentiation,which makes the choice of treatment options and evaluation of curative effect difficult.In this artical,the core pathogenesis of TCM in different stages of pathological changes of hyperlipidemia was analyzed,in order to provide more reference for clinical treatment plan.
