摘要
该文针对配流盘卸荷槽,尤其是圆弧形卸荷槽加工,提出利用车铣复合的新功能代码G68.1,建立三维空间平面,再利用功能代码G02实现空间平面内的圆弧插补加工,最后通过使用专用V形刀具就可以加工任意弧型卸荷槽,满足设计要求。
In this paper, a new function code G68.1 is proposed, which is used for the unloading groove of the valve plate, especially the circular arc unloading groove, and the three-dimensional space plane is established, and then the function code G02 is used to realize the circular interpolation in the space plane, finally, the arbitrary arc-type unloading groove can be machined by using the special V-shaped tools cutter to meet the design requirements.
