摘要 针对电控高压共轨柴油机因低压油路存气导致发动机起动困难问题,设计制作不同结构形式的低压燃油系统自动排气方案,并对方案进行试验验证。结果表明:粗滤器上带排气孔可有效排出粗滤中的空气,在输油泵后的精滤器上增加排气单向阀,能够排出精滤器中的空气,较好地提高柴油机起动性能。 Aiming at the problem of engine starting difficulty caused by low-pressure fuel circuit storage of electronically controlled high pressure common rail diesel engine, automatic engine degassing of low-pressure fuel system with different structure is designed and tested. The test results show that vent holes can effectively discharge the air in the coarse filter, and an exhaust one-way valve added to the fine filter behind the fuel pump can discharge the air in the fine filter and better improve the starting performance of the diesel engine.
