摘要
"三农"问题是我国现阶段重要的民生问题之一,解决好"三农"问题是推动社会主义现代化建设的重要抓手。大力发展农村集体经济组织,有利于提高农民素质,实现农村发展,也能够进一步推动农业产业化发展,是推动农业发展、实现农村振兴、促进农民增收的有效手段。建立健全财务会计工作体系和经营决策管理体系是实现农村经济组织科学持续发展的前提,农村经济组织目前还存在制度不健全、技术发展跟不上、信息不对称、监察性较低等问题。推动农村经济组织科学发展,需要从财务会计工作以及企业管理工作等方面共同努力,重视财务管理和企业管理,建立健全法人治理结构,摆脱传统的乡村治理理念,实现经营决策的科学化和制度化。
The issue of agriculture,rural areas and farmers is one of the important livelihood issues facing China.Solving the problems of agriculture,rural areas and farmers can promote socialist modernization of China.The development of rural collective economic organizations is conducive to raising farmers'income and promoting the development of agricultural industrialization.Rural economic organizations currently have some shortcomings,such as inadequate systems,low level of technology,and unclear information exchange.To promote the scientific development of rural economic organizations,it is necessary to advance from two aspects:financial accounting and enterprise management.
