摘要
以高校社会学学科教师为研究对象,实证分析了高校类型、科研能力与学术产出的关系,得到以下结论:科研能力对学术产出具有积极显著影响,即学历和职称对学术产出具有显著正向作用;在一定年龄之前,年龄和学术产出的分布关系呈现缓慢下降趋势,在一定年龄之后,年龄和学术产出的分布关系呈现快速增长趋势;学术产出中高校类型差异得到了部分证实,"985"、"211"高校教师的核心论文影响力显著高于一般高校教师;高校社会学学科教师的学术产出和科研活动没有发现存在"马太效应"。对于高校教师的学术产出,科研能力是关键因素。
The research uses the sample from sociology faculty to study how the types of universities and personal research capacity impact research output.The conclusions are found as follows.Research capacity has significant and positive influence on research output,and education attainment and rank have significant influence on research output.Before a specific age,research output decreases gradually with the increase of age.The research output increases sharply with the increase of age.There is significant difference between universities titled with 985 and 211 project and universities not titled with 985 and 211 project in papers' citations.For the research output of sociology faculty,Matthew Effect is not be found.The research indicates that research capacity is the key factor for research output.
