摘要
完善铁路局集团公司直属非运输企业法人治理是铁路企业公司制改革的重要内容,对公司法人治理高效运行具有重要意义。通过对直属非运输企业公司治理现状分析,在完善直属非运输企业公司法人治理基本原则的基础上,思考如何完善公司法人治理结构。
Improving the corporate governance of non-transport enterprises is an important part of the China Railway reform, which is of great significance to the efficient operation. Based on the analysis of the current situation of corporate governance of direct non-transportation enterprises and the basic principles of perfecting corporate governance of direct non-transportation enterprises, the practice and consideration on improving corporate governance structure of direct non-transportation enterprises are put forward.
